Refund Policy

Returns

Due to sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns and all sales will be FINAL.

In the event that your package arrives damaged, please submit a refund claim via email as soon as your package arrives and no later than 5 days of delivery. Please provide your name, order number and photos of your damaged package. If your item is still in its original brand new packaging and your claim is approved, we can offer you a refund/exchange for your purchase. 

Refunds

After your claim is approved & you would like a refund, please return your damaged items to our mailing address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

We will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be posted, however the time frame of receiving your refund is contingent upon your payment method and bank policies. If you believe that your refund is late or missing, please contact your bank and/or credit card company first. 

Exchanges

After your claim is approved & you would like to exchange your items, please return your damaged items to our mailing address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

After we have received your return, we will gladly replace your damaged items. We will cover the shipping cost to replace your items. 

Cancelled Orders

Please be advised that orders in transit cannot be intercepted after they have shipped and must arrive to their destination. If you would like to cancel your order, please email your request to info@bellaglashes.com as soon as possible, however we cannot guarantee cancellation of your order. 

Notice

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please save all tracking information provided by the selected postal service.
